More men are using, and abusing, "female" hormones.

Fertility. Tamoxifen, clomiphene, and aromatase inhibitors (Arimidex, etc) are being used to block estrogen so it doesn't inhibit sperm production.

Aromatase inhibitors don't seem to affect bone metabolism in men as much as women. But to be safe, advise men to get enough calcium and vitamin D.
