Even though Paxil isn't approved for children in the U.S. or Canada, many physicians still use it in kids with depression.
Now there's concern that Paxil MIGHT increase risk of suicidal behaviour in teens. Plus, Paxil hasn't been shown to be effective for kids under 18.
