severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) might make a comeback during flu season
Experts worry severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) might make a comeback during flu season.
There is a possibility that SARS will follow the pattern of other respiratory illnesses and occur more often in the winter months.
That's why Health Canada and other organizations are making a big push that everyone get the flu shot. Especially high-risk patients...the elderly, immunocompromised patients, and patients with chronic diseases...asthma, COPD, hypertension, etc.
