Patients are now being advised to vigorously shake Combivent inhalers for 10 seconds before EVERY puff.
This advisory is circulating in the U.S. Combivent in Canada is the same as the U.S. version.
The problem came to light when patients were not getting enough drug. It turned out they weren't shaking it enough.
