It's very similar to Seasonale. Both are extended-cycle OCs with 84 days of levonorgestrel 150 mcg and ethinyl estradiol 30 mcg.

The difference is that Seasonique provides 7 additional tablets of ethinyl estradiol 10 mcg instead of placebo.
