Is Intanza 15 mcg intraDERMAL flu vaccine more effective than a conventional 15 mcg intraMUSCULAR vaccine (Agriflu, etc) in seniors?

Possibly, but it's not proven yet. Antibody response seems to be higher with Intanza 15 mcg compared to conventional 15 mcg IM vaccines...but there's no proof this leads to better outcomes.
