Onreltea (on-REL-tee-ah) is a new brimonidine gel for ROSACEA. It's marketed as the brand Mirvaso in the U.S.

Brimonidine eye drops have been used for many years for glaucoma.

Now topical brimonidine is being used for its vasoconstrictive effects to reduce skin redness. But it doesn't help with the papules and pustules associated with rosacea.
