Give Shingrix starting at age 50...instead of 60. It seems to prevent shingles better than Zostavax II...and immunity may last longer.

About 37 patients need to receive Shingrix to prevent one case of shingles over 3 years...compared to about 59 with Zostavax. And both vaccines reduce the risk of postherpetic neuralgia.
