Explain When to Consider Vablys for Bacterial Vaginosis

Rx Vablys (dequalinium chloride) will compete with metronidazole for treating bacterial vaginosis (BV) in adults under age 55.

But so far there’s no proof that Vablys 10 mg vaginal tabs work better than oral or vaginal metronidazole or clindamycin for BV.
