Expect to see many patients on tacrolimus or cyclosporine...PLUS mycophenolate, azathioprine, sirolimus, or everolimus...PLUS a corticosteroid...long term.

Document if and when patients had a transplant...and keep med profiles current. Many patients get transplant meds from a specialty pharmacy...and problems may fly under the radar if your pharmacy doesn’t dispense them and they’re not in the patient’s profile.
