Some parents and school nurses are now using Robi Comb, a small electronic comb to "zap" head lice.
Robi Comb runs off an AA battery. It detects lice in the hair and zaps them with a small electrical charge. It costs about $30.
Studies suggest Robi Comb works about as well as lice shampoos...but both only kill the hatched lice.
