Both the older antipsychotics (Largactil, etc) and the newer "atypical" antipsychotics (Clozaril, Zyprexa, etc) can increase the risk of weight gain, diabetes, or changes in lipid levels.
Weight gain. Largactil, Clozaril, and Zyprexa seem to cause the most. It happens with other antipsychotics, but not as much.
