Canadians will soon see a new oral quinolone called Factive.
Factive (gemifloxacin) is similar to Avelox (moxifloxacin) and Levaquin (levofloxacin)...often referred to as "respiratory quinolones."
It's approved for acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis.
