Nasal desmopressin (DDAVP, etc) shouldn't be used for bedwetting anymore...due to reports of serious hyponatremia.

Most of these cases occur in children using the nasal formulation for bedwetting...probably because dosing errors are more common with the nasal form than the tablets.
