meningococcal C booster dose is now recommended for babies who finish the series before 12 months old

A meningococcal C booster dose is now recommended for babies who finish the series before 12 months old.

These babies tend to have decreasing antibody levels in their second year of life. Authorities say they need a booster dose between 12 and 23 months to ensure antibody levels stay adequate.

Most provinces and territories already offer at least one dose of vaccine at 12 months or later...so this new rule won't apply.
