Reps will be promoting Simponi (SIM-po-nee), a new tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker for rheumatoid arthritis.
It's an alternative to Enbrel, Humira, or Remicade for rheumatoid and other forms of inflammatory arthritis.
There's no proof that any TNF blocker is more effective than another for improving symptoms and slowing progression.
