Yaz is similar to Yasmin. They both contain drospirenone. But Yaz has just 20 mcg of ethinyl estradiol...instead of 30.
Yaz also has a slightly different dosing regimen... 24 active tablets plus 4 placebo tabs instead of the usual 21/7 schedule.
