"Pulse dosing" for fungal nail infections is really catching on.
The FDA just approved pulse dosing of Sporanox (itraconazole) for fingernail infections...it also seems to work for toenails.
This new approach is also being tried with Diflucan (fluconazole) and Lamisil (terbinafine).
