We're getting questions about the differences between all the alpha-blockers used for BPH.
There are four on the market...alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin (Flomax), terazosin (Hytrin), and doxazosin (Cardura).
They're all similarly effective for BPH...but the newer ones, alfuzosin and tamsulosin, seem to be better tolerated.
