End of year is a good time to reflect on trustworthy drug information that is relevant to practice

One of the highlights for us each December is posting holiday letters and cards from subscribers. The letters and cards fill quite a large area on our office walls. Please keep sending them. We love reading the annual updates of families, travels, news, etc. Here's a bit of an update on what we did in 2007...

Our monthly theme lunches in the office continue. We all converge in the lunchroom to celebrate the month's birthdays, and discuss innovative ideas. A lot of these ideas took shape this year. For example, we made it easier to login to the sites, and added an online live chat to enhance customer service.

We decided to start a new publication called Pharmacy Technician's Letter. This gives pharmacy technicians their own Letter to help them in their daily work that contributes so much to what pharmacists do. Pharmacy Technician's Letter will also provide CE credits and is intended to meet the CE requirements that provinces are now considering.
