Canadian Cancer Society upped their vitamin D recommendations

Vitamin D is selling fast since the Canadian Cancer Society upped their vitamin D recommendations.

The Society now recommends 1000 IU/day of vitamin D for adults during fall and winter.

They also recommend 1000 IU/day all year round for adults at high risk...such as older adults, those with dark skin, those who don't go outside often, and those who wear clothing over most of their skin.
