Most topicals aren't a problem...but watch for possible exceptions.

Corticosteroids aren't proven to cause birth defects...but high-potency steroids (clobetasol, etc) might lead to lower birth weights. Suggest not going above a low- to mid-potency steroid during pregnancy.
