using NADH for jet lag

There's been a lot of recent press about using NADH for jet lag.

NADH is related to niacin. Some researchers are trying NADH because it's important for energy production in cells. There's also some evidence that it might increase production of neurotransmitters.

In fact, a new NADH product called Enadalert is now being promoted for jet lag. It contains 10 mg NADH. Patients dissolve 1 or 2 tabs under the tongue 1 hour before they need to be alert.
