Health Canada is warning of intracranial hemorrhage associated with Aptivus (tipranavir).

Aptivus is given in combination with low-dose ritonavir for patients who are resistant to multiple protease inhibitors.

There are now reports that Aptivus patients have suffered intracranial hemorrhage...and some have died.
