Canadian authorities are warning of new contraindications for dolasetron (Anzemet).
Dolasetron is approved for the prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with cancer chemotherapy in adults.
But it's often used off-label in children and to treat post-op nausea and vomiting in adults.
